Prayers and an Offering for Kentucky Relief:  St. John will collect a second offering today for those impacted by the recent disaster in the Eastern Kentucky area. We also need to pray daily for those residents who have lost their homes, businesses and family members. We are so thankful for those who are helping with the clean-up, search and rescue and will include them in our prayers.

Greif Support Group Survey: This survey has been sent via email earlier this week and printed copies are available in the Narthex for those without email or prefer to fill it out on paper. Some have already been mailed to those without email. We thank you, in advance for your feedback.

Lutheran World Relief Kits: St. John WELCA will again be collecting items for Lutheran World school, personal care and fabric kits.  A list of items needed is on the table in the narthex and on the back of the bulletin.

Free – Yellow Trumpet Daffodil Bulbs: Up to 200 bulbs immediately available for fall planting and vibrant spring blooms.
Free to the first responder/s. Ungraded bulbs of this size and quality regularly retail priced $.60 to $1 per bulb.  The bulbs have strong Lutheran heritage and cultivated for decades (by Lutherans) between the front doors of St. John Lutheran Church. Don’t worry, the committee is retaining plenty of bulbs for Barb and Andy to plant the traditional bed of daffodils at the church for the 2023 Easter show. Contact Dean or Carol Slates.

Elevator update: Recently the elevator has not been working correctly and is “out of order”. We are in process of finding parts and getting it repaired. Please do not try to use it.
